The Automobile Club of Southern California pleased independent roadside service providers for outstanding customer service all through 2011 comprise Roy's Towing Inc. in 1000 Oaks, recognized as Service supplier of the Year.
The Service Provider of the Year is selected based on excellent member service performance, aid to the Auto Club programs and plan and community leadership.
The Auto Club also honored 8 other service providers with the 5 Diamond Roadside service award for earning an excellent rating in general satisfaction, service driver satisfaction and satisfaction with response time all through 2011.
These 8 service providers comprise the top 2 percent of network of more than 400 service provider in the 13 southernmost counties in the state. In Ventura County, the 5 Diamond recipients was Adamson Towing of Ojai.
The Service Pro award is offered to Auto Club roadside providers that exceed standards in all deliberate areas for the entire year. Only 29 percent of the stations practiced for the award. In Ventura County, Service Pro award recipient were Swank’s Enterprise Inc. of Simi Valley, Roy's Towing Inc. of 1000 Oaks, Eddie's Towing of Newbury Park and Airport Chevron Inc. of Oxnard.
